Dragon

The film Dragon is directed by Ashwath Marimuthu. It’s meant to be purely entertaining, mixing comedy, action, and straightforward storytelling. It stars Pradeep Ranganathan and Anupama Parameswaran.

Plot

The makers have kept hush on the storyline, if the teaser is anything to go by, looks like a fun, hilarious, witty and magical fantasy entertainer. Pradeep Ranganathan plays the role of an unimposing, regular, modest young man who encounters incredible events in his life.

Anupama Parameswaran’s sweetening of tale, Dragon appears to be an entertainer that has everything in store for the casual film going audience.

Production of the film is expected to be of high quality as it is handled by AGS Entertainment. ‘Trio’s treatment for ‘Dragon’ The Kalpathi SCT trio- KalpathiSAghoram, KalpathiSGanesh and Kalpathi S Suresh have ensured that Dragon gets as much as due.

The Direction and Film’s Art

Dragon has been helmed by Ashwath Marimuthu with an energy that would surely resonate with the audience. The film’s fantasy elements hinge on these props and settings, and are captured effectively on film.

Niketh Bommireddy is a squeezing with the high on colour schemes, creative camera angles and picturesque scenes adorning all of his frames.

The direction also has a nice comedic/action tone that moves things along nicely. Marimuthu ensures that Dragon is not just hilarious, but has its own emotional moments.

Because of those productions values, and its incredibly gifted cast, there are without doubt some breathtaking and opulently designed locales that should keep us interested in the world of this film.

Cast

Pradeep Ranganathan is a MASSIVE stand up comedian with amazing stage presence Dragon is centered around his walk in to the event. If they were to exist, Peter’s facial expressions and timing are enough to sell anyone the idea of Michael.

Here, he’s flexing his creative muscle and wrapping around cool characterizations along with being funny, clever, and dramatic.

There is a sheen given by Anupama Parameswaran to the film. Besides the Tamilians who have been familiar with her acting prowess, Dragon provides her the scope to be all the more bubbly and lively. It will be one of the best things in the film for sure her pairing with Pradeep, that is.

Mysskin and K.S.Ravikumar make the plot look interesting with their portrayals. With that kind of a solid cast around him, Dragon is going to make for one of the top movie.

Musical Score

Leon James’ music is attractive thanks to its trendy style and energy, and is designed to ensure that audiences go back home humming the tunes.

The songs are supposed to feature high tempo beats and really relaxing vocals. What it also means is that the music can then heighten the tension in any other dramatic scene, regardless of predisposing engagement.

Review

Signature storytelling by Ashwath Marimuthu keeps audience entertained till the end. The chemistry between Pradeep Ranganathan and Anupama Parameswaran is one of the high points of the film.

The movie is anticipated to be high on visuals and production values, under AGS Entertainment. Niketh Bommireddy elevates movie’s visual standards and he provides visual appeal to the film.
