The movie titled MAD Square will soon be released in the cinemas on 28th March 2025. It was again colorfully Kalyan Shankar, the author, and director of the film who revived the madness of college life, friendship, chaos, comedy and this time literally raised the level of madness to a square bottom.

Three of the freshest and the most promising faces of the awarded and praised cinema Narne Nithin, Sangeeth Shobhan and Ram Nithin were in the spotlight. Very frankly, Kalyan Shankar, the Director of MAD and the sequel of the same, has once again demonstrated himself as a person who knows what the youth desire. His story revolves around the life on campus but does not succumb to the stereotypes.

He is acclaimed to borrow relatable patterns and add more insane iterations. In addition, the mixture of the coming of age feelings and the chaos of situation but not verging on melodrama is not a common feat, and the movie takes that blend with a proud demeanor, or badge of honor as others would say.

MAD Square falls well under the strong support of Haarika Suryadevara and Sai Soujanya. Production under the name of Sithara Entertainments and Fortune four cinemas is always sharp, colorful and vibrant.

No matter what you are doing, be it a slang, be it a language, be it a joke, be it some remarks about adulting, the youth are addressed in their own vocabulary. It is unadulterated but polished, emotional but not sickly sweet at all, and close to being downright hysterical without being shticky. It is weird to skip that mix and very appreciated.

Visuals

The cinematography, alongside merry production design by Shamdat, makes MAD square also look very contemporary and nostalgic at the same time. It is like going into a college party, and remaining over at the after-party, in other words, blinding and magnificently luminous.

As it was reported, Kalyan Shankar was able to maintain a high energy level during the shoot process so that it would make the cast in the zone and the atmosphere cheerful.

Review

MAD Square represents the social media dominated world of the 21st century in its language and that is why one finds its dialogues filled with funny and absurd one liners that are not only sarcastic but also shockingly roasts.
